This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Jozani Golf Carts. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain items are non-returnable, as outlined below.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Golf carts, motorcycles, tractors, UTVs, trailers, and heavy equipment

  • Used, pre-owned, or refurbished products

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Electrical components once installed

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence

Return Request Process

To initiate a return, customers must:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item

  2. Provide order details and reason for return

  3. Obtain return authorization before shipping the item back

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item

  • Processing time is typically 7–10 business days after receipt

  • Refund amounts may be subject to restocking or administrative fees

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery

  • Report the issue within 48 hours

  • Provide photos and relevant order information

We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

  • Order cancellation requests must be submitted promptly

  • Orders already shipped or in transit cannot be canceled

  • Special orders or customized products may not be eligible for cancellation

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Eligible items must be returned and refunded, and a new order placed separately.

Limitation of Liability

Jozani Golf Carts is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
