Freight & Large Item Deliveries

  • Freight deliveries are typically curbside or terminal delivery unless otherwise arranged.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring access for large delivery vehicles.

  • A valid phone number is required to schedule freight deliveries.


Inspection & Acceptance

Upon delivery, customers must:

  • Inspect shipments for visible damage before signing

  • Note any damage on the delivery receipt

  • Report issues within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may limit carrier claims.
